In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "be777," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the be777.asia platform.
• "Platform" means the website be777.asia, including all games, services, content, and features accessible through it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers an account or accesses any part of the be777 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access be777 services.

2.1 Minimum Age. The be777 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Age Verification. be777 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify a Player's age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The be777 Platform is intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. be777 does not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a be777 account: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of be777 or its affiliated companies; (c) persons who are self-excluded from gambling services; (d) persons whose accounts have been previously terminated by be777 for violations of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the be777 Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same name, mobile number, payment method, or device, are strictly prohibited. be777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by be777. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username, password, and OTP codes. be777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to the Player's failure to secure their credentials. Players must immediately notify be777 customer support if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). be777 may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain activity thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or UMID), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC is a standard regulatory requirement and applies equally to all Players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. be777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). be777 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or during promotional periods.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 10 minutes during standard operating conditions; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within 1 to 3 banking days. be777 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers and cannot be held liable for delays caused by payment providers, bank holidays, or technical issues outside of be777's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the Player having completed applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real money (non-bonus) deposits may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements. be777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the be777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). be777 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Currency conversion costs, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by be777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances subject to wagering requirements will expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the be777 Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with individual game rules before placing bets. be777 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game, be777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return bets to the Player's account. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected session.

6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by game type, table, and Player tier. be777 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Current bet limits are displayed within each game interface.

6.4 Incorrect Odds or Payouts. Where a game or market is offered with incorrect odds, payouts, or terms due to a manifest error, be777 reserves the right to void affected bets and re-settle them at the correct odds or remove them from the Platform without prior notice.

Players agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the be777 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in any game or system feature.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.

• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities in the Philippines.

8.1 Player Responsibility. be777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all games on the Platform are games of chance. Players must only gamble with funds they can afford to lose and must never use borrowed money, money earmarked for essential expenses, or funds obtained by illegal means for gambling.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. be777 provides the following tools to all registered Players through their account settings:

9.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from be777.

10.1 No Warranty. The be777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. be777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 Service Interruptions. be777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond our control; (b) data loss resulting from system failures or cyber-attacks; (c) delays caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, be777's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of real money deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Losses. be777 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Players in the normal course of gameplay. Gambling involves risk of financial loss, and Players accept this risk by choosing to use the Platform.

be777's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. be777 complies with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in all matters relating to personal data.

12.1 Right to Amend. be777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

12.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the be777 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not agree to amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our standard account closure procedures.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and be777 arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or to the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 PAGCOR Oversight. Players who believe that be777 has acted in breach of applicable PAGCOR regulations may submit a complaint through PAGCOR's official channels. be777 cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries.
